Life Story

Sue died on December 8th at the age of 88. She is survived by her daughter Amy and son Don and their respective spouses, Ric and Deborah. Her two grandsons, Alec and Jordan and her sister Nancy Kiss. Sue was born on April 5th 1932 to Cora and Renee Heimendinger. She lived in Queens most of her life from Richmond Hill to Jamaica Estates to finally settling in Holliswood. That is where she raised her family and spent 55 happy years. She lived until her passing in the home she loved and through COVID-19 was still able to see her family and celebrate birthdays, holiday’s even up to this past Thanksgiving.

    Amy and Don. I just heard about Sue’s passing. The news brought back many memories of the good times in our childhood and adolescence. I loved your mother and was sorry to be out of touch. Last time I spoke to her was when my mother died. My thoughts are with you. Lori Strumpf
