My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Phyllis Kaye. With her as the supervisor of the IS204 Special Education Department, the staff and students were a family. She deeply cared about us as we did about her. It was a truly great experience to be at the school with her for so many years.
I think all who know her would agree with me on her “report card.”
Loving and caring to all 100% Excellent
Work standards and knowledge 100% Excellent
    Conferences with students 100% Excellent
    IEP Audits 100% Excellent
Coffee and cookies in her office 100% Excellent
I will always cherish the memories and I feel so grateful to have known this amazing supervisor and friend❤️

  2. Melinda Spataro & Dolores Diaz says:

I worked with Phyllis for many years. She was a remarkable woman who worked tirelessly for the good of our IS 204 special education students and staff members. I will miss her friendship and sage words of wisdom. Tracy, Peter and loved ones will be kept in our thoughts and prayers.

  3. Ivy Glazer says:

Sympathy to your family, I remember how proud you were of your Grandson, Son and daughter. You were my supervisor at IS 204, and it was so wonderful to have you at my side helping always to be the best I could be. I know you and Bernie are looking down and talking about all of the good times you had. See you on the other side!!!!
